I was thrilled to receive a tip from my newest staff member: there IS an Asian market in Midland! Tucked away in a small shopping center, I had never seen it or read about it anywhere. It is aptly called the Asian Market and you can find it at the corner of Midland and Illinois. Small, but well-stocked, I acquired a few pantry items including a jar of gochujang, the Korean fermented chili paste essential for Korean BBQ tacos. So what am I serving for lunch tomorrow?
