
This morning after our first visit to the Terre Haute farmer's market this season (broccoli, shell peas & asparagus), we stopped at the house and made some breakfast tacos with egg, veggie bacon and FRENCH FRIES. That's right, y'all. Perhaps they aren't standard Austin BTs, but after the French fries in the tacos in San Diego, I'm much more open. And what are fries, but crispy potatoes? Why not?!
